TERMS OF USE.

Article 1 · Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the Troué service, available at www.troue.fr and published by LOSAN CONSULTING, entreprise unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée (EURL) au capital social de 500 euros.

Troué is an entertainment service for presenting a worn textile item in a photograph and submitting it to public rating.

Article 2 · Free service and annual prize

The service is provided entirely free of charge.

No feature is paid for and no financial consideration is requested at any time.

The monthly verdict awards no physical prize. Titles, badges, rankings and hall-of-fame entries are honorary, have no market value and cannot be transferred or converted.

The France leaderboard’s annual Grand Prix awards a physical prize: the frame or frames described in the Contest Rules, shipped only within metropolitan France at Troué’s expense, under the arrangements set out there.

Troué is a free contest with no purchase required. It is neither a lottery nor gambling. Its only prize is the annual Grand Prix prize.

Article 3 · Access and minimum age

Access is strictly reserved for natural persons aged eighteen or over.

Registration requires a valid e-mail address, verified through a confirmation link. Only one account is allowed per person.

Article 4 · Account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

You undertake to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Article 5 · Content rules

5.1 · Submitted item

Only a worn adult-size textile item of the underwear or sock type that belongs to you may be submitted.

5.2 · Photograph rule

The item is photographed alone. No person, no body part, no foot in frame. We judge the item, not the person.

5.3 · Declaration

With every entry, you certify that the item belongs to you, is adult size, that you are an adult and that you hold the rights to the photograph. This declaration is timestamped and retained.

5.4 · Prohibitions

The following are strictly prohibited:

• any image depicting a person, in whole or in part;
• any sexual or suggestive content;
• any item intended for a child or in a child size;
• any personal contact details, social-media handle or external link;
• any commercial solicitation, including any offer to sell or exchange an item;
• any hateful, defamatory or violent content or content infringing third-party rights;
• the use of automated tools, multiple accounts or any attempt to manipulate a ranking.

Article 6 · Your content

You retain ownership of your photographs.

You grant the publisher, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, the right to reproduce, display and adapt them solely for purposes connected with operating and promoting the service: display on the service, publication of rankings and illustration of contest communications, including on social media and to the press.

This licence applies worldwide only during the stated retention period: three closed sessions, or three years after the latest title for winning photos only. It ends for the photograph when removed at your request. No photograph is supplied to a third party for advertising without your express consent.

You may request removal of an entry at any time; display will cease within fifteen days.

Article 7 · Moderation

Every entry undergoes automated analysis when available, then human review before publication. Automated checks cannot reliably detect every prohibited item. A rejected entry has no adverse consequence for its author.

Any entry that may concern a minor is held before publication and reviewed as a priority by a human moderator.

Every entry includes a reporting mechanism. The first serious report causes immediate hiding pending a decision.

Manifestly illegal content is reported to the competent authorities.

Article 8 · Contest operation

Contest arrangements, monthly session, rating, leaderboard, distinctions, annual Grand Prix prize and delivery arrangements are described on the Contest Rules page, which forms an integral part of these terms.

The publisher may exclude from a ranking any entry whose integrity is compromised and cancel ratings proven to be fraudulent.

Article 9 · Suspension and termination

The publisher may suspend or delete an account for breach of these terms, after warning where the seriousness permits, and without notice for a serious breach.

You may delete your account at any time from your personal area, without giving a reason.

Article 10 · Liability

The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of continuous availability.

The publisher is not liable for network malfunction, hardware failure or loss of data beyond its control.

You remain solely responsible for the content you submit and indemnify the publisher against any third-party claim relating to it.

Article 11 · Changes

These terms may be changed. Any material change will be brought to your attention. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Article 12 · Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, French courts have jurisdiction.
